experimental architecture and design studio
inverso is an experimental studio that operates at the intersection of architecture, art, and craftsmanship, exploring new horizons in design by focusing on what is usually hidden. Structural elements, basic materials, and building components become surfaces, finishes, and a language of their own, transforming into compositional guidelines and narrative tools for the space. Our work stems from an integrated process of research, experimentation, and realization, developed entirely between the studio and the workshop. The convergence of architecture’s analytical approach and art’s experimental perspective generates a design method that balances rigor and intuition, control and freedom, technique and material. We work on residential, retail, interior, and set design projects, also developing handmade furnishings and components designed and crafted in our workshop. We oversee the project through all its phases, from concept to construction. Inverso is a space for applied research, where materials become a critical and generative tool for shaping space.
