Who is responsible
This website is operated jointly by Mauro Bianchini and Stefania Tucci, acting as joint data controllers under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

What we collect
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every visit: IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser and operating system. This happens automatically on every website and is necessary to deliver the pages, keep the service secure and diagnose faults. We do not use these logs to build profiles or identify individual visitors. They are kept for a limited period by the provider and then deleted.
Your display preference. If you switch the site to its black-and-white mode, that choice is stored locally in your own browser so the site looks the same on your next visit. It is a technical preference, it stays on your device, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
Anonymous visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not follow you across other websites. No information that could identify you is collected or stored, and we cannot recognise individual visitors.
Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply, and we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to the exchange.
What we do not do
- We do not use Google Analytics or any analytics service that profiles visitors or follows them across websites.
- We do not use tracking, profiling or advertising cookies.
- We do not embed social media widgets, maps or video players from third parties.
- The fonts used on this site are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not contact any external provider.
- We have no contact forms, no newsletter and no user accounts for visitors.
Because of this, no consent banner is required and none is shown.
Cookies
The site does not set cookies for ordinary visitors.
Technical cookies are set only for people who log into the administration area — that is, the people who manage the site. They keep the session active and protect against unauthorised requests. They are strictly necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
Who else is involved
Hosting. The site is hosted by Netsons S.r.l., which processes data on our behalf as a data processor and stores it on servers within the European Union.
Statistics. Cloudflare, Inc. provides the anonymous analytics described above and acts as a data processor on our behalf.
External links. The site links to profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn. Those platforms are independent from us and have their own privacy policies, which apply from the moment you click the link and leave this site.
Legal basis
Server logs and technical cookies are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Correspondence by email is processed in order to respond to your request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
