Inverso items are designer pieces crafted with exceptional attention to detail.
Not all items are therefore eligible for return.
You have 14 days to request a return.
The following are excluded: made-to-measure, personalised and limited edition items.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is:
undamaged, unused, uninstalled, complete with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
To initiate a return request, log in to your account, go to the “Orders” section and select “Request a return”.
Shipping can only proceed once written approval has been granted.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, who is responsible for any damage or loss.
Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event of defects or shipping errors.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 working days.
